Michelle Hall
Michelle is our Racing Manager. She has been working with the Colletts for over 25 years. Michelle takes care of NZTR administration, wages, accounts and ensures you receive your communication from the stables. Michelle is often seen attending race days and has worked in the Horse Racing industry for her entire career in New Zealand, she has travelled with horses to every state of Australia & worked in Japan.
Leigh Hamilton
Leigh is our head girl. She is responsible for the day to day running of the stable & stable staff. She is busiest in the mornings keeping the stables and staff on a tight schedule.
Leigh held a permit to train licence for 4 years, she bred & trained Devonport Lad.
She has also enjoyed training standardbreds with her husband Steven for over 20 years.

Bryden Smyllie
Bryden Smyllie is the Collett's Farrier. He comes in weekly to ensure the horses are up to date with their shoeing for track work and race day.
Bryden completed his apprenticeship with Alan Lambert at Matamata in 1991 and has been a farrier in his own right ever since. He has been with Collett's stables for over 10 years.
