Untamed Diamond will be heading to Wellington this weekend to race in the 3yo 1200m. She has drawn barrier 6 and will be ridden by Alysha Collett, who has ridden her in her previous two starts. The field has only 9 runners and although a talented bunch of 3 year olds she looks up to the task.
Jason Collett will return to Auckland this weekend for a hit and run mission on Karaka Million night and will ride both our runners. Selfie will start in the Karaka 3yo Mile, he has drawn nicely at barrier 6 and will have the blinkers back on. He is unknown at the distance however there is no reason why he shouldn’t see out the 1600m if he can settle and get a good run in transit. Jason rode Selfie, finishing a close 2nd in the Karaka Million last year.
Cinematic will line up in the Special Conditions race over 1200m. She has drawn barrier 10 of 14. Having a win and 2 seconds from only 4 starts to date, she once again looks a good chance.

Fast Learner had nothing go his way at Wellington last weekend, with the wide barrier then the downgrading of the track to a dead 6 later in the day he lost all chance. He has come through the race and trip away well.
