Untamed Diamond will resume racing at Te Rapa on Friday. She will start in the 3yo 1200m and be ridden by Alysha Collett. She has drawn a nice barrier and her fresh up record is very good. She showed a lot of promise as a 2 year old and there is no reason why she shouldn’t continue with that form.
City Boy will head back to Hastings, this time accompanied by his popular stablemate Selfie. Selfie will start in the Hawkes Bay Guineas over 1400m and would not have to improve much from his impressive first up run at Ruakaka to be a good chance. He has drawn ideally at barrier 6 and will be ridden by Michael Coleman. City Boy will run in the R65 1200m. Leith Innes will ride with Opie Bosson riding in Australia this weekend. Both horses have worked very well during the week.
Coachline races at Waipa on Sunday, he will be ridden by Alysha Collett. He looks well placed over 1580m after he finished off his first up race over 1400m so well at Ruakaka. He won this same race last year.
